As the Manager of Learning Technology Services at Pennsylvania Western University, I oversee classroom AV and technology, ensuring faculty have access to reliable, high-quality tools that support effective teaching and hybrid learning environments. I help to guide the ethical and secure integration of AI into instructional design, with an emphasis on personalized learning and data responsibility. Currently, I am working on developing campus-wide training for faculty, staff and students on the safe use of AI. This includes launching a prompt engineering training module and accompanying workshop to support strategic efforts in AI innovation across PennWest University.

I collaborated with six Academic Chairs and registrars on projects and scheduled over 300 courses quarterly, curriculum revisions, instructor onboarding and training, ABHES/ACCSC documentation, hiring, and motivating faculty and students. I led over 100 employees, including Academic Chairs and Professors, and served approximately 7,900 students. I built a strong team through open communication and collaborative decision-making.
